Fixe-Koshkil Systems expedition members have decided to give up at Shipton Spire (5852m Karakorum). The persisten bad weather conditions made it an impossible mission.
Ekaitz Maiz, Txus Lizarraga, José Montero and Martí Iglesias took down the fixed roupes from the route ‘Women and shalk’ on Shipton Spire (5,852m Karakorum) and collected everything from camp 1.
“We are sad and frustrated but we know that we have squeezed all possibilities”, said Ekaitz maiz from BC.
