Rain, wind and low clouds again postponed the increasingly urgent search for Daniele Nardi and Tom Ballard.
Conditions on Saturday at K2, where Alex Txikon and three others in his team were prepared to shuttle over to Nanga Parbat to help with the search, did not permit a helicopter to reach them. The weather at Nanga Parbat was also unsuitable.
It is not known how much fuel the missing climbers had with them to melt drinking water. They were last heard from almost a week ago.
