Belgian Louis-Philippe Loncke travels 300 km on foot, alone, through the Simpson desert

(A World of Adventures/French) Australia – Louis-Philippe Loncke succeeded his second crossing of the driest desert in the Australian state of Northern Territory.

He walked without assistance, without using a track and completely throughout. The objective was to demonstrate that it was possible to cross the desert without using a cart and carry everything in a simple backpack. Full report at UnMondeAventures (French)
