A new photo book representing ten years of Arctic exploration.
This fall, TeNeues Publishing released my new book on the Arctic, titled Arctica: The Vanishing North. Ten years in the making and coming in at a whopping 7.9 pounds (!) the coffee table book is a comprehensive visual document of some of my favorite northern regions, from Alaska to Norway, through Greenland, Canada and of course the pack ice on the way to the North Pole. It features close encounters with bears and other wildlife, and the ice in all its dimensions, often shot under challenging circumstances. The book features contributions from our favorite Børge Ousland, as well scientists from the IPCC and Inuit advocate Silla Watt Cloutier. The foreword is by Sir Richard Branson. And the book is carbon neutral. Men’s Journal calls it “Stunning photos from Sebastian Copeland’s Arctica.” “A body of work that is unprecedented in its scope and intimacy of one of the most barren regions on Earth.” You can find it on Amazon globally. Or visit the TeNeues.com website for a look at selected images. And thank you for the support!
