Amazing Drone Footage of Everest, From Base Camp to Summit

As drones improve, the aerial worlds they open up for us become more astonishing. Now there’s footage from Everest Base Camp all the way to the summit.

Everest Today shared on X a new DJI video of the Mavic 3 Pro as it ascended 3,500m through the Khumbu Icefall, past the various camps to the summit.

Two years ago, we shared footage from a drone 400m above the summit of Everest. That drone flew at more than 9,200m on May 27, 2022. But this current footage is even more spectacular, as it shows what climbers can expect as they make their way to the top of the world.

Enjoy!
