Sticking to plan despite the exhausting all-night climb yesterday, Stefi Troguet reported that the team left Camp 3 at 00:30am local time. About six hours later, she cheerfully logged in again from Camp 4 at 7,130m. The climbers are now resting before setting off on their summit bid tonight.
“We’re setting off at 1am local time,” confirms Sergi Mingote.
Troguet’s, Mingote’s and Cimenti’s tracking devices all show the current location of the climbers. They have 1,000m left to climb.
